About this Role:

​

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Health & Vitamin specialist to join our friendly team. This is a part-time position, working 4 days a week, where you’ll play a key role in supporting our customers on their health and wellness journey. The role is diverse, customer-driven, requiring a proactive, knowledgeable, and positive individual.

​

You’ll be the go-to person for advice on vitamins and nutrition to help customers achieve their health goals.

​

Your Key Responsibilities:

​

Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on health, wellness, and vitamin products tailored to their needs.

​

Stay up-to-date on health and wellness trends and new product releases.

​

Build genuine relationships with customers to understand their health goals and offer tailored, customer-specific options.

​

Manage the vitamin category ensuring it is well-stocked, well presented, and welcoming.

​

Lead our wider team in product knowledge and learning.

​

Support promotional activities and in-store events aimed at educating customers on health and wellness products and services.

About You:

You’re a people person who loves sharing your passion for health and wellness. You take pride in offering friendly, professional advice and have a natural ability to make customers feel at ease. You’re organised, proactive, and committed to providing a high level of customer care. Ideally, you’ll have previous experience in health, wellness, or pharmacy retail, but most importantly, you’ll be someone who’s always ready to learn and grow. You thrive in a team environment and love connecting with people to offer them the best possible support and guidance.
