At Vautier Pharmacy, we are big enough to offer a wide range of professional services, including ECP, Trimethoprim, Sildenafil, Methadone, robotic compliance packaging, and deliveries. At the same time, our friendly and supportive team is small enough to ensure a fun workplace where our customers receive best-in-class personal service.
We have an exciting Support Pharmacist opportunity to work across both of our Vautier Pharmacy locations in Palmerston North. This role is essential to supporting our experienced and busy dispensary team while helping to grow the pharmacy services we provide to our local community.
Support Pharmacist Role:
- Work across two locations within Palmerston North, supporting the pharmacists at each site.
- Minimum commitment of 4 days per week, with flexibility in scheduling.
- Hours are within: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
- No weekend work, no late nights, and no public holidays.
- Travel between locations is required, with travel expenses covered.
- Engage with customers, provide expert medication advice, and support the team in delivering outstanding pharmacy services.
- Work alongside a skilled team of Qualified Pharmacists, Intern Pharmacist, Qualified Technicians, and a dedicated retail team.
- Gain hands-on experience with robotic dispensing machines (EV54 and Alpaca) and institutional care programs.

About You:
You must have previous experience as a pharmacist in New Zealand. You are an excellent communicator with a strong customer focus, able to work both sole charge and as part of a team. You will have an eye for detail and be accurate in your work.
A New Zealand tertiary Pharmacist qualification with a current APC is required.
