What you'll be doing
Accurately dispensing medications and educating patients on their proper use
Providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care, including medication reviews, disease management, and health promotion.
Collaborating with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care
Maintaining detailed records and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmacy practice and legislation
Green Cross Health - Health Hub services and vaccinations
What we're looking for
- NZ Registered Pharmacist with a valid Practicing Certificate
- Experience in a community pharmacy or hospital pharmacy setting
- CPAMS qualified but not necessary, training possible
- Certified vaccinator is preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively educate and counsel patients
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and committed to providing exceptional patient care
