Pharmacy Technician

We are seeking an enthusiastic Pharmacy Technician to join our friendly team.

​

Training technicians are also welcome to apply.

​

We provide dispensing services to community patients, Rest Homes and Private Hospitals so you will get plenty of variety and support.

​

The position involves the following tasks and responsibilities:

​

Dispensing prescriptions and repeats

​

Preparing extemporaneous mixtures

​

Provide advice on the safe use of medicines

​

Liaising with medical staff at Hospitals, Rest Homes and Medical Centers

​

Preparing blister packs with Alpaca robotic dispenser (full training will be given)

​

Handling telephone enquiries

​

Assisting with customer service

​

Full time position, 40 hours per week, No late nights, weekends or Public Holidays

​

You must be a NZ qualified pharmacy technician or in training.

​

Applicants must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.

​
