Retail Assistant
Greytown Pharmacy
We are currently seeking a friendly, reliable, and motivated Pharmacy Retail Assistant to join our team in a busy community pharmacy. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and is interested in working in a health-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner
Process sales and handle cash and EFTPOS transactions
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store and displays
Replenish stock and assist in inventory management
Support pharmacists with general tasks as needed
Follow health and safety procedures and maintain confidentiality
Requirements:
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (pharmacy experience an advantage but not essential)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Attention to detail and good organisational skills
A team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn
Availability to work weekends and evenings as required
