At Orrs Unichem Tui Pharmacy we are a friendly professional team that is looking for a full time Retail Pharmacy Manager to work in our busy community pharmacy in Maunu. You will join a team who is dedicated to delivering an engaging customer experience and helping customers by providing quality health and wellness services.

​

We are looking for a proactive Retail Lead that has a great personality preferably with knowledge on pharmacy products. The primary objectives of the role are to build relationships with customers and ensure they receive efficient, caring, and professional service at all times; ensure product knowledge, general housekeeping, merchandising, stock maintenance and store standards are kept to the highest standards. Training will be provided to the successful candidate to further develop abilities.

This position will involve working weekdays (8.30am-5.00pm) as well as ONE Saturday a month (9.00am-2.15pm).

​

We need someone to join us who is a self-starter, friendly, empathetic, enthusiastic, reliable, has a strong desire to support customer needs, excellent communication skills and the ability to problem solve, and the ability to be flexible with operational requirements.

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical or natural health products would be an advantage
• Superb spoken and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• High standard of presentation
• Previous Retail or Pharmacy experience preferred
• Outgoing personality

Tasks and Responsibilities

​

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide information and advice on over-the-counter medications and health products
• Process Sales Transactions accurately
• Passport Photos and Ear Piercing (full training provided)
• Assist in cleanliness of the pharmacy
• Visual Merchandising
• Drive retail promotions and events
• Stock ordering, inwards goods and inventory management
• Ensure all standards and procedures are being met and maintained. Suggest and implement improvements
• Be motivated to further develop knowledge and skills
